Reagan & Nathan Dickerson, two brothers;formed the Flying TZ LP in October 2007.
Reagan Dickerson manages the business operations of Flying TZ LP. He has held this position since the inception of the company. Although new to real estate operations; his previous career of 23 years in the auto industry in central Texas has given him a strong background in sales, finance, management and bottom line results.
Nathan Dickerson brings his unique experience of twenty years as a landscaper and successful business owner to the physical and environmental management of the property.
Both brothers are "real" Texans. They grew up on this property working cattle. Branding cows, fixing fences, and running a tractor gives you a unique attachment to the land that is unavailable to the average person. Their love, and their parents love of this land created the name Flying TZ. Their father always nicknamed the property Flying TZ . He said the "T" was for him (Ted) and the "Z" was for our mother Zell. He had a Flying TZ branding iron made, but never did the legal paperwork. After his death in 2007. The brothers felt it only fitting to make it official and they created the Flying TZ LP.
